We laughed, cooked, explored, and toasted our way through three of Italy’s most delicious cities—Rome, Florence, and Bologna. What started as a canceled eclipse trip turned into a spontaneous five-day adventure in Taipei—and one of our most unforgettable travel experiences. From street food and temples to night markets, a boutique hotel, and coastal drives, we squeezed a world of discovery into just a few days.
